SITUATION

A leading U.S. manufacturer with 27 locations held an annual conference covering strategy issues, safety training and employee engagement. The company wanted to provide managers with an experience that combined specific content with skill building and team building.

SOLUTION

Koliso produced sessions on trust and on influence that fully integrated into their offsite program. Each session was highly interactive with tailored content and group learning exercises.

RESULT

The sessions were rated extremely highly by the participants. Among the specific learnings were seven ethical ways to influence people. The managers and staff built plans around introducing more influential management techniques to their teams and integrating their safety and engagement strategies into their regular management programs.

FOLLOW-UP

In the 12 months following the program, Koliso continued to receive feedback on how well the programs were working back in the plant with performance. The organization continues to grow and expand while achieving excellent safety and employee engagement results.
